Hutch IRB Training Environment

Use the Hutch IRB Training Environment to practice using Hutch IRB before submitting in the production environment. You will be able to log in assuming various roles (see below) and move a study through submission and review.

Please keep in mind the following points when using the Training Environment:

1. The Training Environment is accessible to anyone. Do not enter any personal or confidential information. Do not upload any documents with confidential information. 
2. If necessary, create a dummy file (e.g., save a Word file with no data in it) to mimic the uploading of study deliverables.
3. The IRO does not monitor applications submitted in the Training Environment. 
   
4. The Training Environment is not linked with your Fred Hutch Cancer Center user ID and password. Use the generic usernames and passwords on this page.
5. The training environment will occasionally be scrubbed of all submissions, so projects you create there will not remain indefinitely.
6. The Training Environment has a limited capacity. If you have trouble accessing the site, please try again later. 
7. At present, any help text (shown by a "?" icon) in the Training Environment is not customized for our institution. The live production environment will have customized help text in numerous locations and the training environment will be updated as time allows.
